Our Campus Ecosystems
Advanced Manufacturing requires precision and technical expertise.
So does the development of the mission critical facilities which make those advanced manufacturing activities possible.
ACMI Properties partners with tenants through the full lifecycle of the development process, from site-selection, to entitlements and permits, through design and construction, in order to deliver state of the art facilities to the precise specifications our tenants need to successfully execute their production contracts.
Having an intimate understanding of our tenants’ industries is critical to ACMI’s success.
Unlike typical industrial developers, ACMI pairs our seasoned team of commercial real estate and development professionals with ACMI Group’s unique network of technical experts in national security, space systems, critical chemicals, advanced materials, prototyping, hypersonics and other areas to deliver exceptionally designed and constructed properties, enabling our tenants to precisely meet the production demands of their business.
ACMI Properties’ projects support the reshoring and rebuilding of the American Industrial Base.
We select sites based first and foremost on our tenant’s needs, with an eye towards workforce availability, transportation, power and utility access.

National Security Industrial Hub – Indiana
ACMI, working closely with Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, is developing the National Security Industrial Hub (NSIH) in Bloomfield, Indiana. The more than 1,100-acre advanced manufacturing campus broke ground in early 2026, marking the launch of a new model for scaling American defense production. Read more about the groundbreaking here.
The campus will support munitions development and production and serve as the home of the OUSD A&S Munitions Campus, where tenants can benefit from ACMI Federal’s DoD contract, leveraging prototyping and shared equipment programs to accelerate development and scale manufacturing.
