Campus Ecosystems

Our industrial campus ecosystems host a diverse range of tenants at each site, leveraging location-specific benefits to reduce overall operating costs. From pre-permitting, ready-to-use infrastructure, and shared amenities and equipment to strategic local partnerships, access to logistics, and more resilient supply chains, we enable tenants to scale faster and more cost-effectively.
