ACMI Properties and Velarium, an Energy Affiliate of Corvias, Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Deliver and Manage Mission-Critical Infrastructure Opportunities
Austin, TX. September 9, 2025: ACMI Properties (“ACMI”) and Velarium (“Velarium”) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishing a nationwide collaborative effort to pursue opportunities with the United States Department of Defense / Department of War (DoD), DoD communities and mission-critical industrial zones in support of the revitalization of the US defense industrial base and securing the domestic supply chain for strategic manufacturing capabilities.
ACMI, Velarium and its affiliate Corvias, will leverage their wide range of complementary capabilities to deliver purpose-built and mission-specific infrastructure, solutions and services. This turnkey approach will include financing, development, management, operations and ownership in support of DoD operational readiness and supply chain security.
The combined strengths and proven track record of ACMI, Velarium and Corvias in the areas of military housing, energy resiliency, quality of life for military service members and their families, operational readiness and state-of-the-art facilities for advanced manufacturing creates an ideal foundation for a trusted, scalable and long-term partnership to the DoD, DoD communities and industrial partners.
