Patrick Dillmann- Managing Director, Development and Construction
Patrick Dillmann is the Director of Construction at ACMI Properties, where he oversees the planning, design, and delivery of mission-critical manufacturing and laboratory facilities across ACMI's campus ecosystems.
Patrick brings more than 30 years of project and construction management experience spanning life science, cleanroom, semiconductor, and defense facility programs. He has led projects exceeding $1 billion in total value, including large-scale API drug manufacturing buildings, multi-building life science campuses, and BSL-3 laboratory facilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.
Most recently, Patrick served as a Project Director at Eli Lilly's Lebanon, Indiana campus, managing construction of a $1.2 billion API manufacturing program. Prior to that, he held an Assistant Vice President role at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, where he oversaw development and construction across several major life science campuses in the San Francisco Bay Area totaling more than $2.7 billion in project value and nearly 2 million square feet. Earlier in his career, Patrick directed cleanroom and MEP programs for clients including Genentech, Intel, DuPont, AGC Biologics, and Berkeley National Labs, and managed large-scale infrastructure programs across the Middle East and North Africa.
Patrick's experience also includes government and military facility work, having led MEP design for projects at Great Lakes Naval Base, Kennedy Space Center, and the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA).
Patrick holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from The Catholic University of America. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Accredited Professional, and holds a California Class B Contractor's License.
